The Indian River area is truly a beautiful place. It has many rivers, lagoons and the ocean to explore, great fishing, bird watching, playing with the manatees and a lot of other things as well. The inshore fishing is truly world class. There are over eighty different species of saltwater fish in the Saint Sebastian River alone,which is one block from our accommodations and is where the boat slip is located. The Saint Sebastian River, Indian River, Mosquito Lagoon and Banana River all converge there. It is world renowned for some of the best shallow water fishing in this country today. There are snook, red fish, lady fish, all kinds of jacks, trout, flounder, tarpon, permit and the list goes on. A place called the Stick Marsh is located nearby. It is a fresh water fishery and some very good "Gator Bass" fishing can be had there. As some of you know, I have fished a lot of destinations. This is a great one. There are places to get out of the wind if it is blowing. You have different bodies of water to fish, and some of the prettiest scenery that is still intact in Florida.

Sebastian is one of the last pieces of old Florida. There are very nice small cozy restaurants for taking your honey out to. There are also some bigger restaurants that have great seafood and local specialties located about six blocks from the house on the Indian River. You can bike or drive. The Publix grocery store is located around the corner. It's a small town and a great place where the train still comes by a few times a day and that is always an event in it's self.

The Dream Lady II

This is an extremely safe boat. It has a Tee top and full canvas enclosure to keep you dry if it gets rough. There are twin Yamaha 115 outboards. Full electronics, Lowrance GPS plotter, Lowrance Color sonar, Sitex Loran C, VHF marine radio and Cell Phone.

The Dream Lady II is fully rigged for all types of fishing. This boat is easy to trailer for other than local destinations. We can travel. Sometimes we dead bait or lure fish.

When live bait is available, you can light tackle fish for Kingfish, Spanish mackerel, Dolphin fish, Sailfish, Cobia, Jacks, Grouper, snapper, and most anything that will bite live bait. I always practice catch and release, but there is nothing wrong with bringing something home for dinner!

Chaos Boat Works 16 ft. Flats Boat:

This is a great little boat! It is powered by a 90 hp Yamaha.

This is a big little boat. I normally take one or two fisherman and myself. This boat will float in as little as six inches of water. If it gets choppy, no worries. This boat runs like no other 16 foot boat I have ever been in. The Carolina style bow keeps the spray down and cuts through chop. It is a very quiet boat on the water when being poled. It is a great fly fishing boat! Whether you want to Spin cast, bait fish or catch them on the fly, from Tarpon to Snook, Permit to Bone fish, this boat will let you catch them all. It has a Lowrance chart plotter and color sonar, release tank, live bait tank, built in cooler, rod holders and everything you need for a great day on the water.

14 ft Combi Air Boat:

This is a lake style air boat. It will carry up to three passengers and me depending on the weight of the pay load. Normally I take two adults and one child or a similar weight load.

It is powered by a Chevy 350 engine with 300hp. It has a 72 inch power shift three bladed prop with a two to one reduction. It will go most any where you want to go. For bass fishing, wild boar hunting, alligator watching, bird watching, or just riding around relaxing. This airboat is a lot of fun!

Charter Rates (Flats Boat Back country fishing):

Flats boat backcountry fishing package. (House rental not included) Four trips for two fishermen. $850.00

Daily rate for flats boat backcountry fishing. $300.00 per trip (two fishermen)

All tackle, bait, and soft drinks are provided. You may bring your own tackle.

Bring your sunglasses, sunscreen and hat.

Charter Rates (Dream Lady II Offshore fishing trips):

Offshore trips for up to four fishermen. $650.00 per day.

Lower rates will be offered with house rental package for offshore fishing. All tackle, bait, Ice and soft drinks included. You may bring your own tackle.

Bring your sunglasses, sunscreen and hat.


Airboat Trips (Fresh water fishing, alligator watching, nature cruise):

$200.00 per day. What the airboat will carry. The captain, two fishermen and one child depending of the weight load. Includes trailering to destination. Tackle, bait ice and soft drinks included. Normal area of operation,(Blue Cypress Swamp, Fellsmere, St. Johns Rivers, Stick Marsh)


Motor Home Fishing Charter Rates:

These trips are designed for two fishermen plus the captain.

(Three people max)

$300.00 per day for motor home accommodations.

$300.00 per day for flats boat backcountry fishing charter.

Area of operation. Upper Florida Keys, Flamingo, Everglades, and inland lakes.
